Worth Builders of Palm Beach uses software systems in Timberline (construction management program), Excel, AutoCAD 2013 and Micro Soft Project (construction scheduling program) to assist in the tracking of project costs, estimating, billing, project managing, scheduling and meeting notes to help provide useful information for expedited workflow and good communication networking. 

Our field personnel are equipped with tablets which have the latest software installed which allows them to be able to read and edit schedules and plans for immediate results. By putting our Clients’ needs first, they are an integral part of the scheduling process. Their selections from tile, to hardware to wall color choices help to create the timeline for decisions.

As in every project, “Budget Management” is the key to the project being successful. From the beginning, preliminary budgets are designed from all information gathered. As the project proceeds and progresses according to the timeline created, the budget is constantly monitored and updated to provide an accurate and trustworthy projection of the end cost of the project.

Worth Builders of Palm Beach keeps clients informed of their cost savings and overages to their budget.
